Processing Time 

Time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Hamimo Small Things needs 5 business days to process, prepare and ship each order.  Hamimo Small Things will ship most orders 1-2 days after the order was received.

Preorder Policy

A preorder is an item that is in the the manufacturing stage and available for purchase before release.  Hamimo Small Things lists a "expect to ship by" date for all preorder items.  This date is based on the delivery/promise date provided by our manufacturers.  "Expect to ship by" dates are only estimates and not 100% guaranteed.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, preorder items can sometimes be delayed but we do everything in our power to ensure that does not happen.  Being proactive, in the rare event there is a delay, Hamimo Small Things offers all preorder items at a discounted introduction price as a "thank you" for your patience in advance.

In the event you purchase items from 2 different preorders that are open (with different "expect to ship by" dates"), OR you purchase preorder items with regular merchandise Hamimo Small Things has on hand, you will receive your entire order in one package.  The cost of shipping charged at checkout is for one package, that will ship when your entire order is on hand. If you'd like to receive your separate preorders on their "expect to ship by" date, or on hand merchandise sooner, please place a separate order.

Refund and Return Policy

All purchases are final sale.  Hamimo Small Things does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges or order cancellations.

If an error is made by Hamimo Small Things (i.e. missing item, shipped wrong order), we will gladly make it right.

Lost or Missing Package Policy

Hamimo Small Things is not liable for damaged, lost, and/or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office and complete a Help Request Form and/or a Missing Mail Search Request or click on the link HERE.

Customer Error Policy

Hamimo Small Things does not take responsibility for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.  Hamimo Small Things does not take responsibility for incorrect item purchases due to customer error.

If your order has not shipped, Hamimo Small Things will be able to correct your wrong address entry or incorrect item order.  Please contact us with your order number and this can be corrected. If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address, please contact your local USPS office and complete a Change of Address Request.

Returned Package Policy

If Hamimo Small Things receives your shipped package in the mail marked "UNABLE TO FORWARD" or "RETURN TO SENDER," we will notify you to make arrangements.  For your order to be reshipped, you will be responsible to cover the shipping costs.  We will hold your returned package for 30 days before it is considered abandoned.

Free Shipping Policy

Hamimo Small Things provides free standard shipping on all US orders over $30 when using promo code "FREESHIP" at checkout.

When an order qualifies for free shipping, Hamimo Small Things reserves the right to select the shipping option (First Class, Priority, etc.) that best fits the need of the company.  In a situation where Priority Mail is needed, it is recommended to not apply the free shipping option, as free shipping only applies to standard shipping for all US orders.

Customs and Import Taxes Policy

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hamimo Small Things is not responsible for delays due to customs.  All International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees imposed by their country.

Gift Policy

If your package is being sent as a gift, there is no packing slip or receipt in our packages. Receipts are digital only and emailed to you during order confirmation. If your order is being sent as a gift, make note, none of our products will be labeled with a price.

Package Recycle Policy

Hamimo Small Things believes strongly in reducing, reusing, and recycling to help our community and the environment.  Sometimes you my receive a package from Hamimo Small Things in a Amazon envelope or Box Lunch box -- if in good condition, we use reuse packing materials from other vendors and recommend you do the same with our packing materials.  Prior to reuse, Hamimo Small Things does clean and sanitize all shipping materials for the safety of everyone.
